The Rothwell Preservation Trust is working to research the history of over 90 shields around the Market House and are looking for volunteers to assist with the project.

Can you help? If you would like to find out more please attend the introductory meeting next Saturday 23rd May, where we will further explain the project and agree a process for research, including allocating the various Family Shields amongst the team.

The research launch meeting will be at 11.00am upstairs in the Market House and should last no more than 1 hour.
